Organizational structure

The management board makes decisions regarding the internal structure of the Enterprise.

The enterprise is organized into headquarters and 14 branch units.

The enterprise operates through departments in the headquarters and in the Branch Units, and their location is determined by the general organization and systematization act of the Enterprise.

The branch units do not exist as legal entities, but their activities, rights and liabilities in the legal trade are registered in the trade register.

The enterprise operates as integral legal entity, and in order to coordinate its activities, there are several departments in the enterprise.
