Our activities

The main domain of operations of the public enterprise is management of residential and commercial properties of the Republic of Macedonia.

The public Enterprise performs the following activities:

• investment and maintenance of the residential and commercial properties;
• improvement of the dwelling conditions in the existing apartment blocks and building;
• determines the rental fees and concludes rent agreements
• sale of residential apartments and commercial offices, property of Republic of Macedonia;
• keeps a register of all residential and commercial properties under its management ;
• construction of residential and commercial properties in which an investor is the Republic of Macedonia;
• preparation of the construction land assigned by the local self-management units;
• other activities assigned by the Republic of Macedonia (contracts for rental subsidies etc;
• other activities regarding the management of properties on a per contract basis
• other activities defined by the statute of the enterprise.

At least twice a year, the public enterprise submits a report on its operation to the Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia.
